What is Feature Friday?
Every Friday we celebrate the incredible accomplishments of our Liberty students, from all of our schools! These weekly spotlights showcase the diverse talents, achievements, and acts of kindness that make our students shine, including:
- Scoring big in games
- Acing tests or making academic strides
- Demonstrating leadership or kindness in the classroom

As we wrap up our last Feature Friday of the year, we’re proud to recognize these outstanding students!
Amiya has shown an unwavering commitment to academic success, while balancing the demands of being a student-athlete in both cheerleading and lacrosse. Throughout her time at JCMS, she’s demonstrated continuous personal growth and strives to be her best in everything she does. Whether she's excelling in the classroom, supporting her peers, or lending a helping hand, Amiya’s positive attitude and determination are truly inspiring.
Makayla stands out for her dedication to academic excellence and impressive time management as a student-athlete on the lacrosse team. She also leads with creativity by running social media for the podcast club. Makayla goes above and beyond to support others, showing kindness, reliability, and an incredible work ethic. Her positive impact has not gone unnoticed!



Quazier
Meet Quazier Fields-Hines, an 8th grade standout at East Middle School and a proud 3-sport athlete, competing in football, basketball, and lacrosse for the Binghamton Patriots.
A dedicated member of the Liberty Partnership Program since 6th grade, Q has demonstrated tremendous growth, maturity, and leadership over the past three years.
With his drive and determination, there’s no doubt Quazier will continue to thrive and lead by example as he takes on new challenges at Binghamton High School.
